The building includes a pool, courtyard, units fronting a new community park, access to Nashville’s greenway, and public art. The development includes contemporary 1- and 2-bedroom residences with premium features such as high ceilings, designer fixtures and finishes, and resort-style amenities. The project also includes much-needed neighborhood retail and restaurant space totaling 10,100 SF.
