The Center Point Medical Center was constructed on the grounds of a 50-acre mixed-use property. This 70,000 SF facility was constructed as a shell building and Genesis assisted the developer in the subsequent design of the interior spaces to include a surgery center, urgent care facility, dialysis center, heart specialty clinic and multiple other medical type spaces.
