This project included the design of a new pre-cast concrete manufacturing plant. This facility includes manufacturing and administrative spaces as well as several shell spaces available for lease. Specialty ventilation systems were provided for the manufacturing areas to improve overall working conditions in an otherwise hot and dusty environment.
