This project consists of a 5,170 SF endocrinology/cardiology/adolescent medicine (pediatric subspeciality care) clinic in Manatee County, FL. The project consisted of a tenant improvement of an existing shell space in a single-story building.  This project included the complete build-out of the lobby, reception, exam rooms, procedure spaces and various medical spaces throughout the facility.
