This project consisted of the design of a 3-story self-storage facility encompassing 120,000 SF.  This facility utilizes high-capacity rooftop packaged systems with humidity control, variable capacity refrigeration systems and variable volume airflow for energy efficiency.  All equipment is grouped in a single location on the building roof providing a common point for maintenance of all HVAC systems.
