This project consists of a 62,000 SF-150-dock cross-dock terminal, a 2-story 6,700 SF-office with a 3,000 SF 9-bay mezzanine, and an independent structure housing a 13,400 SF-shop. The total for the dock terminal structure is 71,700 SF. The two new structures are constructed with open web bar joists on tilt-up concrete walls. The project sits on a 30-acre site.
