This project includes a 200-door cross dock terminal and is 97,000 SF with a footprint of 70 ft. x 1,300 ft., including a 6,000 SF mezzanine serving as office space. The 8-bay shop is 22,000 SF with office space in the center. The structural system consists of open web bar joists on tilt-up concrete walls.
