This project involved phased renovations of an existing 1-story student services facility with large gymnasium on the grounds of the Jewish federation of Sarasota campus. There was a new Performing Arts Center addition to the existing campus along with several renovated support buildings. The newly renovated facility would be utilized for primary education purposes for grade levels K-12. The project was a collaborative effort including the project Construction Manager and Subcontractors.
