The Terrace Building is on the Historical Register and has undergone extensive interior and exterior updates to include renovation of several floors for various tenants, updates to the facility HVAC and electrical systems, all new windows, water-proofing systems, and various updates to the building façade in accordance with the requirements of the historical society overseeing the renovation of the facility.
