This build-out project is a renovation of 4,000 SF of existing laboratory space including a new Level III Clean Room, anteroom, acid waste, lab gas system upgrades, and energy upgrades including HVAC and lights replaced with LED fixtures. Updates included modification to adjacent laboratory spaces on either side, floors below, and existing main mechanical room for building on the floor above.
