This is a new multi-family project in the hip 12South community of Nashville.  The building will offer 99 for-purchase condominiums ranging in size from 400 SF to 1,400 SF. In addition, the project will offer three retail spaces and 116 underground parking spots.  There will also be roughly 5,000 SF of retail space to front 12th Avenue South.  These spaces will offer 20-foot-high ceilings.
