Site is located at 405 40th Avenue North, west of Nashville in the Sylvan Heights neighborhood. Project is a 6-story structure comprised of 122 residential units and 166 parking spaces for a total of 125,188 SF.  The exterior of the building is wrapped in stately brick and crisp dark metal panels.  The building maximizes solar orientation and prioritizes green space with a reduced footprint. A fitness room, clubhouse and outdoor pool deck are included along with retail space on the first level totaling 5,100 SF.
