A 6-story structure comprised of 340 residential units, a 6-level parking structure with 500 spaces, for a total of 162,000 SF and 18,000 SF of amenity space.  Approximately 22,000 SF of commercial space totaling 311,000 SF for the complete project.  Project sits at 455 Benton Avenue and the building will offer 335 residences, with 120 units to be reserved for residents earning 60 percent or below the area median income and at least an additional 40 units dedicated to those earning 80 percent or below the area median income. In addition, 445 Park Commons will offer 11,000 SF of ground-floor commercial retail space, a 7,500 SF micro-business incubator space for “makers and artisans,” and a roughly 500-space parking garage.
