Infinity is a new high-rise condominium development located at The Colony in Bonita Springs. Phase one of the project features a 22-story high-rise tower with 96 residences for a total of 426,000 SF and 217 parking spaces.  The facility includes a lower-level resident amenity area which includes fitness and spa areas, multiple residents gathering areas, administrative offices and various resident amenities.  The upper levels include custom residences averaging 4,000 SF per living unit.
