This project consists of a multi-family complex with a total of 295 living units spread over a total of 13 buildings. In addition, a separate clubhouse facility, maintenance building and compactor structure are included in the overall development of the site.  The site also includes a 14,000 SF 1-story cold dark shell retail building and multiple private garage structures for resident use.
