This hotel project is a 183,600 SF mixed-use project on the Music Row—considered the heart of Nashville’s entertainment industry. This new addition to Music Row is on the site once home to the iconic octagon shaped United Artists Tower. The new structure will consist of 132 residential units over 52,500 SF, and 3 stories of underground parking. The project also includes retail space at the first and second levels. The third level features amenities for the residents such as pool, fitness room, lounge, and pet spa.
