This project consists of a high-rise hotel with 144 keys and open structured parking on levels 1-4. The first floor will include the lobby and accessory spaces.  Level 5 will have a restaurant and a full-service kitchen and dining area.  Levels 6-10 are 30 guestrooms per floor and an entertainment level roof separate from the guestroom tower comprised of a post-tensioned concrete floor structure and a structural steel roof to achieve maximum clear spans.
