This project consisted of the design of a new 18-story multi-family project including 95 living units spread over 110,000 SF.  The ground floor of the tower includes a residential lobby and residential units along resident amenity areas.  Floors 2 through 17 include residential units, amenity areas and the 18th floor also includes an outdoor amenity deck with pool.
