This project is on a 14-acre Brownfield Redevelopment site stitching together two of Nashville’s thriving Historic Urban Neighborhoods and includes 450,000 SF, with 282 units, in this 3- and 4-story multi-family building on the corner of 5th Avenue and Hume Street. A glass and steel amenity bridge mirrors existing conveyor bridges on site and houses the fitness center, club room and a rooftop terrace with views to downtown. All sides of the building are lined with stoops and courtyards that conceal the 412-car parking garage and complement the historic neighborhood.
