This multi-phase project included the design of a new 300,000 SF manufacturing facility serving as a plastic injection molding and assembly factory in the Dominican Republic.  Genesis provided design services for the various building systems and provided LEED consulting services.  This facility includes an integrated chilled water distribution and storage system, a 100% capacity photovoltaic system for utility offset and redundancy, domestic water storage system, fire protection water storage system and the ability to expand operations onto an adjacent property if needed.  This project was the first project to receive LEED certification in the Dominican Republic and obtained LEED Platinum certification.
