This project consists of a new multi-family development which includes 277 residential units (15% affordable and 85% market rate units) for a total of 300,000 SF. The development includes 240,000 SF of amenity space along with tennis and pickleball courts.  The project includes a separate training facility, pro shop, and a separate indoor structure for pickleball use.  Several areas on site are designed as cold dark shell spaces and are available for retail tenant leasing.
