This project is on a 13.6-acre property which includes Amulet Lake in the MetroCenter complex just north of downtown Nashville.  The two buildings are comprised of 752 units collectively and are constructed in two phases. The Chartwell at Watkins will include approximately 377 residences in a 5-story apartment building with an above-grade 518-space parking garage. The second multi-family building will contain 375 units.
