Amenities include a clubroom, commercial quality fitness center, and rooftop pool along with 5,400 SF of retail space.
CURIO AT HARPETH SQUARE
FRANKLIN, TENNESSEE

This LEED Gold Certified project is 400,000 SF on 4.77 acres with a café, lobby, open-air courtyard, and monumental stairs. A ballroom, conference and meeting space are included.
The exterior is a brick veneer façade with a 4-story porch and stone base. The project has 150 luxury apartments, restaurants, and retail shops. The 119-room hotel has a concealed 591-car parking garage.
APSU WELCOME CENTER

This project is an adaptive re-use of a former car showroom and dealership into the new University Welcome Center. The facility will become a starting point for future students and visitors to meet with admission officers, financial and academic advisors, and to conduct campus tours.

PGT Glass Plant

This project consisted of the design of a 60,000 SF addition to the existing PGT glass manufacturing facility. The addition is used for the manufacturing of tempered glass and impact resistant glazing systems.
Lockup Self Storage Facility

This project consisted of the design and construction of a 4-story self-storage facility with 105,000 SF of conditioned space. This project included zoned HVAC systems throughout the facility, automatic lighting control system and concrete tilt-slab structural system.
SUNZ Insurance Corporate Headquarters
