VAI Resort is the largest hotel and resort development in Arizona. Situated at the heart of Glendale, Arizona near State Farm Stadium, home of Superbowl LVII, the resort spans over 60 acres and hosts more than 1,200 luxury hotel rooms, a world class entertainment stage, 13 fine dining concepts, expansive white sand beaches and crystal-clear waters for day and night life activities. VAI Resort will also feature a large state of the art 360-degree concert stage, 13 elevated fine dining concepts, flowing white sand beaches, and pristine Caribbean-blue water. 52,000 SF Konos Island will be a center point for this unique 60-acre entertainment resort.  The VAI resort will also offer a 20,000 SF extravagant spa and wellness center, nightclub, elegant wedding chapel and over 40,000 SF of flexible ballrooms and meeting spaces. This one-of-a-kind development features the Country’s largest man-made private party island. The resort also boasts a 400-foot tethered balloon along with an Aerobar for 16 people for a vertical view of the entire complex. Designed as a truly immersive playground for all ages, VAI Resort will also be home to the first Mattel Adventure Park. VAI Resort showcases one of the largest 360-degree immersive concert venues in the world. Concert goers will have the unique opportunity to experience the shows directly from their own private luxury hotel room balconies. With over 170 stage-facing hotel room suites, guests will be able to experience incredible shows like never before.

VAI Muse Tower

VAI puts the “muse” in music. The Muse Tower speaks to all genres, artists, trends, and one-hit wonders. 160 rooms in 570,000 SF and suites tout concert viewing directly from your private balcony overlooking the 70 Ft. tall stage and Konos Island.

VAI Cadence Tower

The Cadence Tower, a 6-story hotel with 140 keys, 76,000 SF of garage space, 120,000 SF of office space and 136,000 SF of hotel space.  The hotel also contains 25,000 SF of restaurant space, the Oceanum themed restaurant is on the first floor and includes ground floor retail shops. The hotel is connected with an underground tunnel connecting to the Muse and Rhythm Towers.

Mattel Adventure Park

Featuring interactive experiences from iconic Mattel brands, including a 3-story Barbie® Dreamhouse®, 2 Hot Wheels® roller coasters, and the world’s first Thomas the Tank Engine electric passenger train. It’s literally all fun and games.

Mattel Adventure Park will also feature a nine-hole mini golf experience that translates the Mattel Games portfolio into an immersive environment. Families can putt-putt while battling Rock ‘Em Sock ‘Em Robots, or through a life-sized Pictionary game board with additional games featured throughout. The #1 card game property, UNO, will be represented as a larger-than-life climbing structure where guests can jump on oversized UNO cards and race to the top.

Master of the Universe’s iconic Castle Grayskull has been transformed into a 4,500 SF state-of-the-art laser tag arena where fans “have the power” to fight for Eternia. A Laser Tag experience will bring the world of Eternia to life and invite guests to join an epic battle to regain the power of the Universe.
