This project is a renovation of an existing 6-story commercial office building, and was completed through the design build construction delivery method.  The scope consisted of a new chiller plant, air handling systems, duct systems, lighting (including lighting controls), power, fire sprinkler and DDC based control system for the entire complex. This project was completed in a phased construction process where portions of the building remained operational during construction and temporary building systems were provided to ensure uninterrupted services.
