This is the first Live-Work Community of its kind in Southern Indiana with a view of the Louisville skyline across the Ohio River. The ground floor contains micro-office space and restaurant space. This project is a 4-story apartment complex with 136,000 SF and 95 units between Levels 2 and 4 over a structural steel transfer floor over 90 micro-offices.
