This project is a new multi-story structure located along 3rd Avenue South and East Main Street. The primary City Hall Building will include 91,250 SF and parking for 204 cars.  The first floor will be community-centered, with boardrooms and meeting rooms, a lobby, and a welcome center. The ground floor will have space for municipal courts and revenue management. This project will seek LEED Silver Certification.
