This project is a new 209 room, 11-story hotel with a beachside restaurant and the Gulf Coast’s largest lazy river. At 315 feet long and holding 60,000 gallons of water, the lazy river runs past three waterfalls, palm trees, a hot tub, and a zero-entry pool. Other water features include an adult pool and two hot tubs. The property also includes an elevated lobby bar overlooking the Gulf and an 800 SF fitness center with floor-to-ceiling windows.
