This project is over 400,000 SF of new construction on a 4.77-acre site in the Historic District of Franklin and is a 50 Year Legacy Building for the owner. A European style café, and a cozy lobby spills out to an open-air courtyard and monumental stairs. The 5,000 SF of ballroom, conference, and flexible meeting space are fully equipped with the latest technologies. The exterior features a large 4-story front porch, brick veneer façade, and stone base with accents and bands. The hotel is part of a larger development known as Harpeth Square, which includes 150 luxury apartments, and several new restaurants and retail options. Harpeth Square Hotel has 119 rooms in 123,000 SF.  The site also houses a concealed 591-space parking garage. This project is LEED Gold Certified.
