This is an 11-story, 205-room hotel with a 300-car parking garage integrated on Levels 2 - 6 for a total of 210,000 SF.  Amenities include a fitness area, indoor pool, and upper-level bar with outdoor observation space overlooking the Tennessee Titans Stadium.  The guestrooms sit atop a podium of parking levels, Porte-cochere, guest check-in, restaurant, meeting rooms, and bar.
