This newly developed 200-room, 11-story hotel with a 3-level parking garage located on the white sands, facing the Gulf of Mexico. The hotel features all-suite smart rooms with balconies, an elevated lobby with expansive views of the Gulf, beachfront lazy-river pool, hot tub, cabanas and pool level snack and beverage bar, as well as a fitness center, hospitality rooms and dune walkover with direct beach access. The hotel has 2,610 SF of meeting space. The total project is 296,211 SF.
