This project is a new corporate headquarters for a federal contractor in Sarasota, FL.  This facility was designed and built using the Design Build construction delivery method.  Genesis and the project architect both worked directly for the Design Build team and worked together to ensure the scope of work met the owner’s intent, the project remained within budget and any constructability issues resolved prior to the start of construction.  This facility is hardened to protect against significant weather events and was designed to meet the force protection requirements of the Department of Homeland Security.
